Installation error

Hi dears
I've a several problem when I'm installing XP Professional in a new virtual machine. I create VM and start it. Xp pro cd launch installation correctly, I select the partiotion and then when formatting partition is finished, I receive an error and I've to close the machine. I've attached the log.

Try setting the RAM that you are providing the guest to no more than 50% of the host actual memory. 1024 Meg if you have 2048 Meg.

Really I have 4096MB ram memory...on vista host!

Have you tried it yet?
Are you really sure that Vista is allowing all of the 4 Gig of memory to be used?

In "Computer properties" I can see 4GB memory. In task manager, I can see only only 3065 phisical memory. Why is it so?
