Problems on trying to use scsi for hdd

Hi all,

i tried to configure a server system in VBOX, with a Raid0/Raid5....

when i try to install W2k3 or W2k8 and to configure 2 hdd on ide adapter the installation ends sucessfully and the mirror works fine, when i try to do so with a aditional scsi adapter the system starts up the installation and then faild on choosing the hdd to install on with information "no hdd found"....

when i try to install it with ide and then switching the adapters of the hdd to scsi port after restart bluescreen appears...

does anybody can help please

Keep the drive as ide for starters.
Now add an extra harddisk temporarily as scsi. Install drivers for that scsi card in windows.
Reboot the guest.
If it now sees your second harddrive then you can try switching the first to scsi.
reboot.
If it works remove the extra junk drive.
You might also have to edit c:\boot.ini but I'm not sure about that.

Hi....

might be a good option....but which driver should be installed for the scsi...
sorry for that stupid question but there“s no information about the scsi controler
