Hi, I have a pc running Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit. I have an old serial wacom tablet I still want to use, and there is no support for vista 64bit. I'm attempting to run Windows Vista Ultimate 32Bit as a guest using VirtualBox, and so far everything has worked perfectly, except the mapping of the COM1 port where the tablet is plugged in.
I configured it in the Vbox settings as COM1 on the guest machine, and mapped to the Host, path COM1 for the host machine. However, when I try to run the VM, i get the message VERR_ACCESS_DENIED for COM1, apparently I don`t have the right read/write permissions to do this. Any suggestions??
