Bridge networking - strange behavior [SOLVED]

Someone setup on our Cisco switch one IP address per port. Grrr....
Hi,
I use Debian Lenny 64-bit and I try setup bridge networking in VirtualBox 2.2.4 with WinXP guest. I choose Bridge networking and interface eth0.
Networking in WinXP works fine. I get correct IP address from DHCP and I can ping, use Firefox and VPN without problems.
BUT! when I go back to host (Debian Lenny and guest still running) I can't use network anymore. No ping, no web from host. When I shut down WinXP guest then network on host is still not accessible. After commands 'sudo ifdown eth0' and 'sudo ifup eth0' I can access network again.
I try these combinations without success :
VB 2.2.4 + Debian Lenny kernel 2.6.26
VB 2.2.4 + Debian Lenny with sid kernel 2.6.30
VB 3.0.1beta + Debian Lenny sid kernel 2.6.30
Any ideas?
