"Cannoc create COM object" problem

I have VBox 2.2.4 on Slackware-current and I get error just after executing VirtualBox command:

Failed to create virtual COM object.

Application will now terminate.

I searched for it on this forum and on google and I found some solution to make symbolic links from VirtualBox directory to VirtualBox/components subdirectory, but I checked it and I already have these symlinks.

I did upgrade both of Slackware (in current branch) and VBox from 2.2.0 to 2.2.4, so it's hard to guess which one causes problem. Should I move back to 2.2.0 or is it more likely that Slackware current branch is guilty?

What else can I do or check?

I installed VBox 3.0.0 beta2 and it works now, so I'm awaiting for 3.0.0 stable
