A Problem Of Using ISO Image To Simulate CD-ROM Booting

I can use ISO image to simulate CD-ROM Drive for booting the system,but when I run the ghost.exe( Symantec CopyRights) to restore system from a .gho image file,the screen displays some errors prompt as shown in the attached.
