Sun xVM VirtualBox Setup Wizard ended prematurely

I downloaded Sun VirtualBox 2.2.4 and i tried to install it on my Windows XP 64-bit SP2. However, i got the following error: "Sun xVM VirtualBox Setup Wizard ended prematurely"
I was working fine with Sun VirtualBox 2.2.1. See the attachments for more information.
