Port forwarding

Hi All,
I've just another Problem. I'm running a Windows Guest in a Linux Host.
The Host has 4 IP-Addresses. The Guest uses by hostif tap0 with an private ip-address to talk to the outside.
On the outside I forward the traffic via the real interface eth0.
Now I want to have one real IP bound to the Guest only. For outgoing and incoming Data.
The Problem - I can't use a bridge because my Server-Provider has an MAC-Filter on his switch that allows only traffic from my Host real MAC-Address.
Is it possible to Forward all outgoing traffic over one IP and Nat all incoming traffic to the tap0 interface ?
Best regards
Michael
