Scientific Linux 5.3 falls dawn after installing VBox 2.2.4

Hi,
I have installed on Scientific Linux 5.3 VirtualBox 2.2.4 using RPM provided for Fedora/RHEL 5,
http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualb ... 1.i386.rpm

I’ve downloaded the rpm and did like root:

yum  --nogpgcheck localinstall  VirtualBox-2.2.4_47978_rhel5-1.i386.rpm

while installing, the system fall down and started to reboot itself constantly, it falls down every time when the booting it comes to VirtualBoxKernelModule, I was wondering if there is any fixe for it or may be you can tell me how to repair my system for booting it without this module,
