WHS crashes/stops after closing Remote Desktop

Hi,
I'm sorry if this has been asked/answered before but I'm finding it hard to find terms to search for on this one.
I'm running Ubuntu 9.04 Server and VirtualBox version 2.2.4.
I have installed Windows Home Server as a guest. The problem is whenever I close Remote Desktop, the VM seems to either just crash or close down at the same time. If I VNC into the VM I don't have any problems. I've also got Windows XP installed as a guest and this doesn't seem to have the same problem.
I'm pretty new to using VirtualBox in Headless mode and I'm slowly getting to grips with setting it up via the command line, is there a logging facility which I'm missing to show me why it's closing down?
