Why haven't got access to my USB?

I followed a guide that stated that I had to create a new group of users and add my active user and then it should be working. But it doesn't.

I also installed a guest addition but that didn't do any difference either.

Please help....

You need the PUEL version of VirtualBox to be able to use the USB.
