How do I setup Shared Folders between XP and Server 2003?
I want to know how I can setup Shared Folders between Windows XP (Host) and Windows Server 2003. All help is welcome!

Actually you have the guide to do these things in your VirtualBox program. You can click on help and then contents and it is all explained there.
Assuming you have installed the guest additions:
For now you can create a share in the guest settings of the VBox program then start the guest and then open a command window and type the following to mount the share in Windows.
Replace sharename with the name you gave the share in VirtualBox. It will now show up in your file manager.
