this is the situation. i have vista 64 as host having broadband internet connection. I would like to share this connection with windows xp running in virtual box as guest. or hav a new connection in windows xp itself. how can i do that.

Have your read the manual and the FAQ? its all in there. Otherwise provide more info how things are setup.
