Success!!! I am not sure what I did though. 
I reinstalled VirtualBox and then uninstall it using Revo Uninstaller, and then reinstall VirtualBox again. That didn't went well, the installation still hang.
What I did to install the VirtualBox is before installation, terminate all unnecessary daemon apps running in the background, cleanup the registry manually by searching "virtualbox", search my computer and delete anything that is related VirtualBox, finally reinstall VirtualBox. That's the process I used and it appears to be working! WOOHOO!
