2003 Server Guest machine continually locks up

2003 Server Guest machine continually locks up

I am running 2008 server with version 2.2.4 Virtual box. The guest machine is a server 2003 and it locks up / hangs after 5-10 minutes of starting.

Does anyone have any suggestions please. The issue started after I upgraded from 2.0 to 2.2.2 and continues with 2.2.4

Welcome to the forum simmatt,
Would you please send the settings that you have given the guest?
Also make sure that power management and screen savers are shut off in the guest, known issue.
