Access second Video Card

Is it possible to use host guest additions to access a second video card that is not being used by the host computer?
I bought a computer that had a video card built into the motherboard. It also came with a better video card hooked up and thus I don't use the card that is on the motherboard.
I have an Asus M2A-VM series motherboard with an ATI x1250 graphics card on board. I am currently running windows xp on Windows xp and would like to be able to play two copies of the same game at the same time. It is a game that requires direct x and has some fairly serious requirements, but they would be handled by my system should the dual video card thing work.
Thank you in advance for your help.
