Sorry, I missed some of your earlier points. As S says, this is usually because your XML is not well formed. There are online XML syntax checkers. You might try one of them to validate that no silly has been introduced. If it's OK then you can use the public Bugtracker to raise a ticket on this issue. You will first need to register for a wiki user account (this is different to a forum account sorry) and then you can logon to the wiki and raise the ticket.
