Hi. I am attempting to install Windows 2003 Server as a guest OS in Virtualbox 2.2.4. When i start the virtual machine with the install CD in the drive, setup begins. Setup goes through the drive "loading" phase fine. When it puts into the status bar that setup is starting windows, I get a dialogue indicating an error had occured and my only option is to shut down the VM.
I have included the log file that is generated at the time. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Re: Windws 2003 Server
Do not set the memory for the guest to more than 50% of what you have total in the host. Use 1024 Meg to install and adjust up or down a little after it is installed.

Re: Windws 2003 Server
You are dead on with your response. I'd tried it on another PC and gotten same error. I'd noted the warning about allocating over 50% of RAM and adjusted. Install worked then. Your answer gives me the confidence to retry on the first PC. The lesson here is...if it's in red, pay attention.
As a followup, reducing the memory allocated to this VM worked on the original PC as well.
Thanks
