Hello,
I have just installed the latest version of Virtualbox (2.2.4) on a Vista Ultimate x64 host. The guest operating system is Windows Server 2008 Enterprise and i have the default networking settings, using NAT.
The host operating system is connecting to the internet via a PPPOE connection, but the guest operating system cannot access the internet.
I have browsed the internet all day for a solution for this problem but haven't found anyhting that could work for me.
Thanks in advance,
Alex.

Re: NAT Not working
If the Internet connection is connected directly to the PC and not going through a router first you will need to use ICS to allow the connection and then use a proxy setting in the web browser and email program. Other than that you would need a $40 PPPOE router.
