Error Installing Windows XP Embedded with Virtual Box

Hi everyone,
Im tryining to install Windows XP Embedded on VB 2.2.4
I'm getting the following errors: FATAL: No bootable medium found. System halted.
- My host system is Windows XP
- I downloaded the Windows XP Embedded from Microsoft's website, it is the evaluation/trial version.
- The file is an .ISO, I have confirmed that it is bootable by mounting it to Daemon.
- The boot order is: Floppy, CD/DVD, Harddisk
- I've mounted the .ISO in Settings -> CD/DVD ROM-> Mount CD/DVD Drive -> ISO Image File
- I've tried using Host CD/DVD Drive, and mounted the .ISO to Daemon's virtual drive (in this case, F:). I've selected the F Drive in the Settings. Through this method, I tried with "Enable Passthrough" and without.
- The harddisk I created used VB's default values: 512MB ram, 20GB
- Uninstalled and reinstalled VB.
I've searched and read the end user doc, and I'm starting to hit a wall. Could anyone offer any tips or resolutions? Thanks in advance.
EDIT:
I see that when I select an .ISO in Mount CD/DVD Drive under Settings, it shows the .ISO as "not attached" under "Attached:" What does this mean?
