virtualbox.org

I have set up virualBox on window server 2003 we have an static ip address on there. Four our guest on VirualBox we installed linux(trixbox) for our phone system. We need to beable set up the same static ip address that is on the window server 2003 to the guest.

I am not sure what to do. Is there away someone can walk me though this. Thanks..

You can not have the same static address on two different machines on the same network.
Can I ask why you think it must be the same IP address?

Plus you need to provide more information such as the settings for the guest.

So since the VirtualBox set up on my window server and under the VirtualBox I have Linux trixbox.org set up on there. The linux can't use the same static ip address as the window server. Is that right..
