Issues with port forwarding
I'm currently running Fedora 10 as a guest on my virtualbox on Windows XP host, and want to get git-daemon running so I can access it from outside my network. Currently, I've been able to get a ssh daemon up and running, using port forwarding on both my router and virtualbox. However, whenever I try with git-daemon, the connection just hangs and eventually ends up with "connection suddenly hung up". I've watched the /var/log/messages for the xinetd messages concerning connections to git-daemon, and it doesn't appear to be tracking any. Can anyone help with this? Note, I am fairly new to Linux, so it might be a wrong configuration on xinetd or git-daemon as well... again, any help would be appreciated.

Re: Issues with port forwarding
Found the issue, forgot firewall stuff. The port forwarding was working already.
