Questions about Virtual Box

Well sorry if these things are explained somewhere, but I couldn't bother..

Anyways:

- how can I resize the virtual OS window (so that the virtual OS resizes too)
- how can I make my virtual Windows XP detect my external HD (I have no idea, whether I have the OSE or PUEL version)
- how can I get off from the virtual XP window without closing it? With windows I can do it with Ctrl + Alt + Del but how in ubuntu?
- is it possible to access the virtual windows partition from ubuntu?
