Good evening!
We know when this version of VirtualBox expected to emulate expert 2 or more Process for power systems designed to virtualize SQL servers that require maximum performance of the process!?

Is everything perfect in VirtualBox but this requirement as other virtual machines already incorporate eg Xen
I think it is insispensable and should be able to prioritize the choice when you want to use processed.
It would be interesting that the PC or laptop that does not have a Processor with VT-x support / AMD-V puendan use the dual-core if you are able to streamline its virtual machine and not have to change your machine to do so. XEN in everything that I have it and have no need of a Processor VT-x or AMD-V!

And work equally well if you do this that I no longer have anything to envy to other virtual machines!

The Dev team are working on SMP support and if all goes well it should be available in some 3.x release. I don't know if it will require AMD-V / VT-x support, but I suspect that it might.

Thank you very much for your response, I think that is good news and I hope the arrival of 3.x to carry out a project server virtualization through VirtualBox, now I have to do it with xen but I do not comvence and since I tried VirtualBox which I hope that this solved this little problem to migrate.
The virtual hdd is using xen. .. Img compatible with or will be compatible with VirtualBox?

The Xen DomU VM and the VirtualBox VM look like different H/W to the guest OS. This is like moving your HDD from one PC to another: you may need to change drivers. This is straightforward with Linux. It is doable with Windows but you may need to boot in safe mode to remove some drivers.

... and on Windows when migrating, Windows can recognize different hardware and can ask for new license questions and if not applied Windows can lock down. So you have to call Microsoft support to unlock Windows.

No such problems in Linux, because there is no licensing for open source software.
