W2K server in VM - strange behavior [SOLVED]

June 7, 2009: Problem solved. Was not a VM issue. Was a network configuration error on the my laptop computer.

Upgrade to 2.2.4, which has a lot of bugfixes since 2.2.0. See how that goes, and if you still have any issues, give the exact configuration of the VM settings, how you connect to the VM and all. The more info you give, the better we can help.
