Trumpy,

From what I see you are having a really hard time with this. Why have you not switched to bridged mode or HIF if your VBox is older, and end your pain?

That and you never provide any information so someone can help you.
Things like the version of VBox, the settings for the guest and version and type of the guest OS are really necessary.

host os:windows sp2, guest os: ubuntu 9.04
i asked simply question what i have write instead ??????
version 2.2.4
if i don't really open 411 i will choose vmware :/

It depends on what you are using those ports for. Here is the standard list of those tcp ports

TCP 411 Remote MT Protocol
TCP 412 NeoModus Direct Connect (Windows file sharing program) / Trap Convention Port

Maybe if you said what you are forwarding these for I can figure it out.

Thanks man. Now which way to minimize it to tray? Because linux will be only server but for my work i use xp. So how i have minimize it? I read a lot of info but really don't find hot keys or smth that. Do you know any programs who can minimize this software?

If you are not running this in a windows then run it headless. See 7.4.1. VBoxHeadless, the VRDP-only server in the users guide. If you are running this in a window the should be a button at the top right corner of the window to minimize it with.
