Access host hard drives from guest machines

Hi all,

First post here and I only have to say that VirtualBox rocks! ;-)

Anyway, I was just wandering if it is possible to see my host drives from within a guest vm.

So, if for example, I create a Linux virtual machine from WindowsXP the Linux guest OS will see the WindowsXP hard discs.
