I used V Box some time ago with linux. I am now using it in Vista. On the previous occasion there were instructions for changing the HOST KEY to get out of V Box. I am running it on a Toshiba A135 laptop which has only one control key (dumb) and of course it is the left one so I actually have none in V Box. As I recall you could use a combination of keys with the left control to make it work. I have read all the instructions, help pages, and searched here but can not find a solution. I've also tried all seemingly possible key combinations but can not find one that works.
Any help appreciated,
Thanks . . .

Re: Changing Host Key
Look at the VBox program GUI and at the top left you will see File. Click that and then preferences and then input. You will need to click once in the right ctrl box and then you can select (by pushing the key) what you want the host key to be. Depending on the version that you have there was one version that was messed up. 2.2.0 I think but not in the (2) latest versions.
