I had to replace my old XP machine with a new Vista 32 bit computer, and since I had a number of old programs that won't run in 32 bit, I installed VirtualBox with XP as the operating system. I installed ArtMaster Pro(a program that takes digital photos and converts them to images that look like paintings) and the installation went smoothly. When I click on the icon, I get the following error message:
Launch.exe-bad image
The application or dll C:\windows\system32\msvcr71.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation disk. When I click the OK button this message pops up:
Could not locate compatible jave virtual machine....doesn't say java, but jave.
Anyone have any ideas I would appreciate the help...thanks

Re: ArtMaster Pro won't run in VirtualBox
I suspect that jave is a typo in the program.
You can get that DLL from the cd again, or from the internet, www.dll-files.com and place it in either the system32 folder, or the program install folder.
