And then I removed virtual and install it again.
When I start the virtualbox.

Since I suspect that you are a Mandarin speaker with a Chinese keyboard, at least transcribe the error into text so that I can use Google translate to translate it :-)

The most common reason for the error that you are getting is that the CD-ROM is dirty or scratched. People often leave such media in a desk drawer for a few years gathering dust. Try cleaning it and make sure that you can read it on your Host OS.

the screen says:
"One or more of the registered virtual hard disks, CD/DVD or floppy media are not currently accessible. As aresult ,you will not be able to operate virtual machines that use these media until they became accessible later.

Press CHeck to open the VIrtual Disk Manager window and see what media are inaccessible,or press lgnore to ignore this message."

The CD-ROM is the one in the guest OS ,not the host's.

I ask post this thread in lots of Chinese sites but haven't got a right answer!!

So I posted here and hope someone can help me. My English is poor. Can you get it?

Yes I understand clearly. Thank you for going the extra step for us.

It sounds like you shut down one of the VM's while it was attached to the CD/DVD or floppy if you had one in that drive. The easiest way to fix this is to put the CD/DVD or floppy back in the drive and then try to boot. If that does not work you can try to tell it to ignore and see if it will boot anyway. If you can not figure out which CD/DVD, floppy you were using you will need to edit the machines XML file to remove it (that takes some knowledge to do). If you go the edit route you should make a backup copy of the machine before you edit it. If you simply can not fix this yourself you can post the machine XML file and we will try to see what the problem is.

You can try downloading a new ISO from http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox and pick the version you want. Load the ISO and see what it does. Maybe the ISO supplied with the installer got corrupted or something.
