Virtual Box in device manager put their name of devices.
Is it possible to make, that VBox would take names of devices (including serial numbers) from OS Windows in which has been started?
Thanks!

Why do you want to do that? VB emulates one set of hardware, it's really hard to change it. It can cause major problems too. If you have an Intel based PC and transfer the Guest later to an AMD one, Windows will go beserk on that change. While as it is now, it won't, because the only difference is the CPU ID, and not the actual hardware next to it.
If you want to have such hardware differences, install the OS you want on an external hard drive and boot from that.

Sasquatch, thanks for your attention...
I have some program registered to my hardware and I want to run it on Virtual Machine. ?rogram tied to the hardware on my PC, so on another PC, it just will not start.

Then a VM won't work either. Unless you can figure out where he does the check, so you can give it false information, it won't work on any other system other than your native one.
