Virtual Hosts Hang after 2 to 3 days

I'm running the latest Ubuntu 9, latest Virtual Box software (2.2.2), one Solaris VM, and one WinXP VM 24x7. I leave them all on 24x7. My Ubuntu is very stable, and I never see any problems with it, but my VMs lock up every 1, 2 or 3 days. I rarely see my Solaris VM or WinXP VM last more than 3 days before it stops responding. This is very frustrating, because I use Solaris as a web server, and Ventrilo server. It's very important to me that everything that runs in the VMs stay up and running. I always have to force a "power off" of the VM, and restart it. I've tried running them headless as well, and that doesn't seem to help. Has anyone else experienced this problem as well?

Host machine:
Quad Core Q6600 system
Intel motherboard
6 Gigs of DDR2 800 Kingston RAM
Nvidia 256 MB video card PCI Express video card
2 650gb SATA HDDs.
DVD Burner

I forgot to mention...

I run the Solaris VM with 2 gigs of RAM, and the WinXP VM with 1 gig of RAM.

I have seen a few entries here but no real solution for any of them. I would suggest that you post this to the bugtracker (link is below my post). You will need to setup a new account there though, sorry! Do not forget to submit your log files when you post with them. If you do find a solution it would be great if you could post back here so others can benefit.

dunno about winxp but solaris hanging is a common problem - although its usually more like 2-3 hours, and mainly in 64-bit mode.
