Windows95 - installing vbemp

I'm missing a few brain cells, I guess.
I have downloaded vbemp uni (081021). I have unzipped it on the (Ubuntu 8.04) host and shipped the bits to the (Windows95) guest. How do I install it? It does not seem to be automatic.
Just in case this matters.....
How do I find out what "cards" the Windows95 guest thinks I have?
