Impossible to install client addition

Hi,
i've just installed XP as guest OS under my ubuntu 9.10, but i can't install client addition.

Try installing again and this time: From within the Windows guest, (right click on the install icon and left click on run as...select admin). You may need to tell it to run in compatibility mode as well.

Moving to Windows Guests. Not a Host problem. Keep it in the correct location next time.

it doesn't work, i get an error message as soon as i lunch the installation telling me that there is no service/device associated with this program :(
