No option in the BIOS (A06) was speaking about emulation and virtualisation.
I upgraded the BIOS from A06 to A12 and found a new "virtualisation" option in the BIOS parameters.
Now it's OK, OS/2 works.

[Solved] VT-x on Dell Latitude 630 not working
Having some problems to run OS/2 Warp on my Latitude D630 under XP, it appeared that the VT-x extensions, even selectable into vitualbox, where not available.
No option in the BIOS (A06) was speaking about emulation and virtualisation.
I upgraded the BIOS from A06 to A12 and found a new "virtualisation" option in the BIOS parameters.
Now it's OK, OS/2 works.
