I created an Ubuntu 9.04 guest image on an Ubuntu 8.10 host.

I originally created the image with VirtualBox 2.0x.

I upgraded to VirtualBox 2.2.2 (latest) on Ubuntu.

I exported the image using "Export Appliance"

I transported the ovf files to a Windows XP machine with VirtualBox 2.2.2.

After importing the ovf into VB it hangs, even before running the machine.

Any ideas?
