how to auto mount usb device ?

Hi,
I'd like to know if it is possible to mount automaticaly usb divice in the guest OS when they're pluged.
I have ubuntu 9.04 as host and Win XP virtualised. Once the VB is started, i wish that every USB device that are pluged then, can be automaticaly added as if i made a right click on the usb device i've juste pluged but without having to do it neither quit the fullscreen mode.
