Disc Drive not working

Hi, I am currently running the Windows 7 beta with Virtualbox. I am using the matshita as my host frive, but when i insert a disc, it says the disc must be formatted for windows and it will not work. How do I fix this?

- What are the VBox settings (all of them) for the guest?
