Windows Server 2003 64bit Blue Screen

Hi All

I am hoping that someone can help me. I am pretty new To virtual box.

I have 3 Windows 2003 32bit R2 Guests that are working fine how ever I have on 64 bit machine of the same OS that will boot from CD then as it is loading files it Blue screens with stop code 0x0000007e I have tried disabling all hardware on the VM settings and it still does this

I have an AMD Phenom processor with AMD-V turned on here is the log of the VM

this happens after windows boots to text mode when it is loading the drivers before it gets to the welcome screen

Tried all 3 IDE controllers

Just a side not the same machine with the same settings n VMWare Server works fine I installed to test

I am also having trouble with a 64bit Linux VM which also works in VMware

You did not leave the vmware tools installed when trying VBox did you? vmware tools for a vmware VM can crash when running it with VBox.

Fixed it

I turned on Enabled Nesting and Enable PAE/NX

all working now
