The problem is DVB card, not the installation of the program. Can I make a ghost of a working system and installed ?
If I get that working, will it see the DVB card ? Or maybe I asking to much of the system at this particular state of development.

It won't work, any specific hardware must be virtualized to be used, there is no DVB VM driver.
