BSOD 0x0000007E (0x00000008...) on Vista Ent.

Hi!
I’ve just started usage of VBOX 2.2.2, didn't use it before. I got strange confuse...
Host OS: Windows Vista Enterprise
If I work with any Guest OS on VBOX, and try to connect in Windows Vista to my corporate LAN by VPN (L2TP) I get BSOD 0x0000007E (0x00000008...) in Vista
It happens only if I use VPN in my HOST OS, and BSOD comes even if I don't work with VBOX Virtual OS (Guest OS).
if I deinstall VBOX my HOST OS (Vista) feels fine, VPN works great without any BSOD....
So sad...
Do you have any idea about a root of this problem and how to solve this problem?
