Solaris 9 as a host?

Hi,

I have a Sun Fire 280R running Solaris 9 (sparcv9). Do you have a VirtualBox pkg that can be installed on this platform? Or, do I need to move Solaris 10 or other OS (that supports this HW configuration) to make use of VirtualBox?

Thanks,
Maya

Only the x86 platform is supported.

If I can run Ubuntu on Sun Fire 280R, will I be able to install VirtualBox on it and be able to add additonal guests OS? Basically I have this loaded Sun 280R and I want to put it to some good use.

Thanks.
