Windows 7 as host - XP Mode on VB, Eula Q.

Hi,
Now I havn't been able to try Win7 yet (need the current OS for a few days more
), so I havn't seen the XPM install Eula. I was wondering if anyone who has installed it however, knows whether there's anything it it to say we cant:
Install Windows 7 as the main OS.
Install Virtual Box.
Use Vbox manage to convert the XPM .vhd to a Virtual Box harddrive file.
Run XP Mode in Virtual Box, thus giving us such things as OpenGL support etc.
Just wondered if Microsoft were forbidding this in their EULA, just that if they are, I see no reason why people won't just then buy the lower priced windows 7 (or stick with Vista, etc) and buy XP to run virtually.
And if they're not then XP Mode under Virtual Box would sure be great
