VirtualBox 2.2.2 hangs on ubuntu server 9.04

Hi Community,
I've installed VirtualBox 2.2.2 on ubuntu server 9.04, the installation went fine and everything worked untill I dicided to remote connect to my virtual box from ubuntu desktop 9.04 with rdesktop.
Here is the error message I'm getting at boot time:
"Starting up ...
This kernel requires the following features not present on the CPU: 0.6 unable to boot. Please use a kernel appropriate for your CPU.
I already disabled ACPI, I'm running VirtualBox on a Dell Dimension C521, has anyone have this problem? what else should I do?
Thanks,
