How to copy and paste from windows

Hi!
I'm new in virtalization. I have problem with copy some text from my editor in windows to Linux in VB.
How can I do that?

Install the Guest Additions, see the Manual.

After instaling it on notebook, Vista dont wont to start :/
I started it in safe mode but i cant use any mouse or keybord then?
What's going on??

In the FAQ's there are HowTo's for linux installs and other issues/solutions.
It sounds like you have installed the GA on the Host instead on the Guest.
