Setup:
Vbox: virtual box-2.2_2.2.2-46594_Ubuntu_jaunty_amd64.deb
Host: Ubuntu 9.04
Guest: Windows XP sp3
Guest additions: 2.2.2r46594

Issue:
If you allow the widows screensaver to log out the user, it appears that the mouse is capture however the keyboard is not.
This makes it imposable to type in your password or leave full screen mode (no left control key).
The only solution appears to be to use the mouse to shutdown windows at the login screen.

Anyone else experience this issue or have a solution for it.

I have temporarily disabled the screen saver but would still like to be logged out if I am called away from the box.

Known issue with running the screen saver in the guest.
Suggested fix is to turn off the screen saver in the guest/s and let the Host screen saver do it.
