Win98: access to hardware

Gents,

I'm trying to set up some older software in a Win98 VM. This software needs access to a PCI-card installed:
06:05.0 Multimedia video controller: Brooktree Corporation Bt878 Video Capture (rev 11)
06:05.1 Multimedia controller: Brooktree Corporation Bt878 Audio Capture (rev 11)

Is there a way I can give access to these devices in a simple manner?

Host OS is SUSE 11.1

Thx!

This will not work in a VM. The guest OS only sees the virtualized hardware.

USB devices are the only exception to this.

Yes, I thought already so. The requirements to hardware access are so 'strong' that it does not work with wine as well. Too bad :-(
