Do I need to install my Guest OS on my PC?

I am running Ubuntu 8.10 and I have successfully installed Virtual box.

My question is, if I want to Run Windows XP in my VM, does Windows have to be installed on my hard drive or will Virtual Box create a virtual image of Windows?

If the answer is that Virtual Box can create an image of Windows, than how do I do that?

If the answer is I have to have Windows installed on my Hard drive, then do I need to make a partition for Windows?

Thanks

The install goes to a virtual storage and you just need to follow the instruction in the Forum Howto. Click below my post.
