Use bridged mode if you need this to happen.

one question, in a host machine only have one "VirtualBox Host-Only Network" with a manual tcp/ip adress (ip and mask), i dont configurated this ip and mask.

In a win xp virtual machine the configuration now is bridged, inside this the tcp ip configuration is automatic and the connection is limited. what can i do?

Inside the guests:
Go into the network settings and turn on DHCP. Select get IP and DNS automatically.

Windows does not see your network adapter. Says it is not connected if my Spanish is correct. Are you sure that you have the setting correct in the VBox settings?
Also you may need to go to the device manager and see if the VBox adapter is showing up there.

Hi, Now I can make pings from one vm to other but the two vms have limited conection and cant acces to internet.

Its funny because in the general networking options the dhcp server is activated and the range of ips is this

But the ips of the virtual machines are

in the network tcpip options of vms be set in automatic configuration

thanks a lot
