Copy issues

I have a little problem with my windows xp on virtualbox. I have ubuntu 8.10.
When I try to copy text the virtual machine closes immediatly.
It does it using Ctrl+c or right-click copy...
Can anyone help me?

Try changing the host key in the preferences of VBox to something else. If this problem persists you will need to provide more information before we can help.

If I copy with right-click ->copy it happens the same.

You should send the configuration of the host. Amount of RAM, video. As well as the settings for the guest. Pretty much everything it says in settings. With this we may be able to spot the problem. Other than that it is a shot in the dark.

I've solved it!
I change the configuration to non-bidirectional copy and now it works!
